Filtex AB is responsible for the processing of personal data on our company and website. We do not collect information about visitors to our website. We never sell or share information with third parties.

The information we have about customers and suppliers is name, telephone number, email and order history. If you want to know what information we have about you or wish to be removed from our register, please contact our customer service.

Terms of sale

Prices are ex works, including packaging. All prices are ex VAT. 

The delivery time stated on the order confirmation is the day the goods are shipped from us.

Delivery terms 

Ex works in Kinna. Shipping is charged at actual cost.

Deliveries are made according to general delivery terms, regulations NL09

Return of product

Standard products can be returned free of charge. The customer is responsible for the shipping to us.

We cannot take back special products. Please contact us before returning products.

Invoice

Comments not made within 8 days of the invoice date will not be accepted.
